ALENEA is where the soul connects with the sun and the body roots into the earth. It is the bridge between the physical and the spiritual, the meeting point between light and matter.

Through conscious breathing, the lungs expand like wings, creating space not only in the chest but also in the mind. Each inhale and exhale becomes a deep dialogue between body and spirit. Practicing ALENEA allows you to feel the expansion of your vital energy, the lightness of your being, and full presence in every moment.

Here, movement becomes meditation, strength becomes flow, and every breath reconnects you to your inner self. ALENEA is the union of strength and softness, gravity and elevation, awareness and freedom.
ALENEA is more than a studio or a practice. It is a community, a mantra, and a journey. Every session is an invitation to reconnect with your body, awaken your soul, and step fully into your presence.

My journey in movement began with dance and fitness, but it was during the pandemic that I truly discovered the power of mindful exercise. Teaching online classes, I witnessed how movement was not only improving people’s bodies but also helping them overcome anxiety, depression, and moments of uncertainty. That was the moment I understood—fitness, and especially Pilates, was my path to make a real difference in people’s lives.

I started as a Zumba instructor in 2019, and what began as a way to share energy and joy quickly evolved into a deeper calling. When I found Pilates, I found a practice that combined everything I value: precision, strength, flow, and above all, the ability to create lasting change from the inside out.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in renowned studios, guiding clients of all levels, and witnessing countless transformations. Each class reaffirmed my mission—to help people reconnect with their bodies, discover their strength, and carry that sense of balance into their everyday lives.

That mission is what inspired me to create ALENEA Pilates. It is not just a studio; it is the reflection of my belief that movement is healing, empowering, and transformative. Through ALENEA, I want to give others the same gift Pilates has given me: alignment, strength, and a deeper connection to self.
